Appellant Allen Carl Sidney and Raymond Mack were jointly indicted and tried for the crime of larceny in a building. Appellant Sidney was found guilty and sentenced to three years imprisonment. The crux of Sidneys appeal concerns certain extra-judicial statements made by Raymond Mack which implicated appellant in the commission of the crime charged. Sidney contends that the Supreme Court of the United States decision in Bruton v. United States requires reversal of his conviction. We disagree and affirm appellant Sidneys conviction.
