Appellant was indicted by a grand jury for the offense of murder. Appellants first trial resulted in a mistrial. In his second trial, appellant entered a plea of not guilty before the jury. He was convicted of the lesser offense of voluntary manslaughter, and the jury assessed punishment at twenty years confinement. In three points of error, appellant complains of the admission of certain evidence, the courts charge and violations of his constitutional rights arising from the conduct of the prosecutors and the trial court. We reverse and remand.
